At Ashley Stewart, we want you to love your curves and your purchase, so we offer a 30-day window for returns on unworn merchandise with original tags attached. Please note that final sale items and intimate apparel are not eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your unworn items with original tags in the original shipping package if possible, and include the provided packing slip.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor your refund status.
